John oversees all business operations for PSI. He credits his education, along with extensive sales experience and a strong desire to own and operate a business, with making him successful in meeting customer needs. Born in Budapest, Hungary, John came to the U.S. with his family at age 5. He is grateful for the hard work of PSI team members and all the opportunities this country has to offer. John enjoys spending time at the Jersey shore and with his four grandsons.
Robert is our amazing leader in field sales and service, and he also oversees business development initiatives. His extensive industry experience includes owning an import and distribution business, representing a maker of orthopedic implants, selling surgical equipment and instrumentation, and training sales teams. An energetic, goal-oriented problem solver, Robert believes it’s vital to uncover all the facts surrounding a particular challenge before developing and implementing a strategy to address it. He also believes that the foundation of any company’s success is creating a culture in which employees feel valued and find meaning in their work. When Robert’s not at the office, you’ll find him enjoying time with his wife, children and grandchildren.

For over 14 years, Andrew’s day-to-day focus is serving healthcare networks in Pennsylvania and Delaware, as well as select national and international accounts. Resourceful and creative, he’s always looking for better ways to help them address their medical equipment challenges and meet their patient care and business objectives. For him, the keys to success are working hard, being reliable, accountable, and acting with integrity. A University of Delaware grad, Andrew is married with three kids, follows Philadelphia sports teams, and enjoys traveling, technology, fitness, and cooking.
Ryan’s sales network spans New York City, Hudson County and New Jersey, where he works with a wide variety of healthcare providers. He credits more than 10 years at PSI and customer relations with making him an engaged listener. That trait, coupled with personal integrity, has been essential in every collaborative business relationship he’s ever developed. Ryan’s approach to work and life centers on an awareness that obstacles are inevitable and success comes from refusing to let challenges keep you from your goals.
Since 2008, Eric has found fulfillment serving clients in the same community he calls home, Northern New Jersey. His Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from The College of New Jersey gives him a unique perspective on hospital and ambulatory care settings. So does extensive time spent on installation projects and work with architects, project managers, and medical equipment users. Eric believes that working hard at a job you enjoy and seeing healthcare organizations not as customers but as partners leads to strong business relationships and successful interactions.
Joe is an outside-the-box thinker who’s passionate about meeting customer needs and exceeding their expectations. Customers appreciate his attentive, service-oriented approach to business and amazing loyalty, as demonstrated by 17+ years with PSI. Away from the office, he enjoys spending time with his children, listening to music, and just about everything associated with the game of baseball.
Sales and Service Specialist
Fred is highly trained in Umano and Skytron products and services related to full scale facility equipment needs. End-users rely on his extensive service experience and insights on the design, quality, serviceability, and functionality of the medical equipment they need. To Fred, strong, trusting relationships are the key to success. Work-life balance is vital to Fred’s happiness, and he spends as much of his free time as possible with his high-school-sweetheart wife and two children. That includes coaching youth baseball and soccer and traveling.
Business Operations Manager
Theresa wears several hats at PSI, overseeing day-to-day operations, including order processing, accounting, finance, IT and human resources. A business professional with more than 30 years of experience, she leverages a strong work ethic, analytical background, attention to detail and passion for getting the job done. Theresa ensures that customer needs are met in a professional and timely manner. When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband of 36 years and three grown children, as well as reading, listening to music, working out, and relaxing by the pool.
Customer Service Manager
LuAnn not only processes most of PSI’s orders, she coordinates incoming inventory, manages outgoing shipping and solves any problems that arise. A believer in the power of positivity, she works tirelessly to develop and maintain supportive relationships with customers and co-workers. She finds the work she does challenging, but knows it’s the challenges that make it so rewarding. A skilled artist, LuAnn spends much of her time away from the office working in watercolor and pencil, and planting flowers that become subjects for her artwork. She’s also the mother of four successful adult children and enjoys spending time with them and her three grandchildren.
Customer Service Representative
In addition to working with customers, Kathy provides administrative support to PSI’s operations and sales departments. Kathy earned a degree in marketing from Penn State University. She brings experience along with a wide variety of responsibilities to the issues she tackles, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. When she’s not working, she indulges her love of reading.
